As a member of the CPD Certification Service, we are committed to working closely with settings to develop and deliver high quality, cost-effective sessions that meet the needs of staff, children, residents, families, customers, professionals, agencies and organisations.
All courses are based on the alignment of learning whereby teaching methods, assessment tasks and learning methods coincide to achieve the session outcomes.
All courses are designed to incorporate key points from local and organisational policies and procedures.

All sessions are effectively evaluated, and feedback from course members is provided to the setting. Certificates of attendance are provided for all participants who attend and engage in the course.
