Teaching, Training and Course Evaluation

As a member of the CPD Certification Service, we are committed to working closely with settings to develop and deliver high-quality, cost-effective sessions that meet the needs of staff, children, residents, families, customers, professionals, agencies and organisations.

  • All courses are developed based on John Biggs' ‘Constructive Alignment of Learning' where teaching and training methods, assessment tasks, learning strategies and resources align to achieve the session outcomes.

  • All courses are designed to incorporate key points from local and organisational policies and procedures.

  • Courses can be delivered at times and days that best suit your needs including evenings and weekends.

Comprehensive Summary Evaluation Report

All sessions are thoroughly assessed, and a detailed summary report is issued to the commissioning organisation, which includes:

  • Information on attendance, levels of engagement and participation

  • A description of all learning activities

  • A copy of the presentation

  • Images and/or summaries of all work produced during the training session

  • Delegates’ ratings of their knowledge and understanding before and after the session

  • Staff views on what knowledge they will be able to apply in their day-to-day practice, and

  • Any potential barriers to applying their learning, and what, if any, support they require.

A PDF version of the presentation and e-certificates of attendance are provided for all participants who attend and engage in the course.

Course Resource Pack for all delegates

A comprehensive resource pack can be supplied to each course member. These can be provided as bound paper copies or as an electronic resource pack. Contents include:

  • Additional/useful links to other relevant resources

 

12-Week Post-Course Evaluation Report

Using the online platform SurveyMonkey, we seek the views of delegates and managers on the impact of the training on their everyday practice and whether any existing or new gaps have been identified in staff members’ knowledge, understanding, or skills.

 

CPD Accreditation*

As a member of the CPD Accreditation Service, we can submit your course for accreditation before its delivery. This enables organisations to meet the CPD obligations associated with certain professions and enhances the organisation's reputation in the eyes of key stakeholders, such as clients, families, local authorities and inspectors.

 * All accredited courses developed and delivered by Jingling Lane Training Ltd remain the intellectual property of Jingling Lane Training Ltd. We reserve the right to license and offer these courses to other service providers, training organisations, or partners at our discretion.

Policies, Procedures and documentation

Support can also be given through the research, development, publication, distribution, and communication of related policies, procedures, and documentation.

Our prices vary based on various factors, including staff numbers and course duration. However, we offer a 10% discount for all first-time clients.
